What if pain flares up while training?

Your plan is built conservatively and scaled to how you respond, so we can adjust quickly when something flares. If anything looks like it needs medical attention, Kiro will tell you honestly and point you back to a PT or physician.

How is this different from physical therapy?

Physical therapy treats an injury and gets you cleared. Kiro picks up after that, building strength and confidence so you can train without babysitting the injury. Kiro is coaching, not medical treatment or rehab.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your plan is built around the equipment you have, whether that is a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or something in between.

How often do we check in?

It depends on your plan. Foundation is monthly, Guided is biweekly, and Performance is weekly with priority messaging. Every plan includes a personalized program and messaging support.

What if I sign up and it's not a fit?
