Ages 14–22 · Sport-specificTim Goh is a Doctoral Physical Therapy Candidate and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist — a combination that most coaches in this space simply don't have. His clinical training spans complex orthopedic cases, Division I collegiate athletes, neurological rehabilitation, and sport-specific return-to-play protocols.
The gap between finishing physical therapy and returning to full performance is real. Tim created Kiro specifically to fill that space — with the clinical reasoning to know what's safe and the programming expertise to make it effective.
Tim is currently completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University (May 2026) and will be fully licensed and practicing shortly after graduation. All coaching services are provided in his capacity as an NSCA-CSCS certified strength and conditioning specialist.
