Kiro coaching runs on a three phase method: Reclaim, Rebuild, Perform. Your first 12 weeks is the first pass through it. A month gets you started. Twelve weeks is long enough to find what works, adjust, and build momentum that actually sticks.

Phase 01 · Weeks 1 to 4

Reclaim

Rebuild the baseline strength, control, and trust the injury cost you. Evaluation call, goals, history, equipment, and schedule, then a starting plan that begins where you actually are. We re groove the movements you have been avoiding and replace guesswork with a clear definition of what is safe for you right now.

Phase 02 · Weeks 5 to 10

Rebuild

Progressive loading back toward your real training. We add load, volume, and complexity on purpose and at the right rate, with feedback on the lifts that matter. This is the part most people get wrong on their own: too cautious forever, or too much too soon.

Phase 03 · Weeks 11 and beyond

Perform

Train at full capacity with confidence, for the gym, your sport, or your life. We reassess, update the plan, and keep you progressing with smart adjustments and the judgment to handle an off week without spiraling.

The goal isn't to finish in 12 weeks. It is to build enough strength, confidence, and rhythm to keep going on your own terms. Eventually you should not need a coach to feel safe in your own body.
